Nordika continues high leasing pace in Finland
Nordika has leased out 14,100 sqm in Säterinportti – former Nokia Networks headquarters for an annual rental value of approximately SEK 30 million.
Nordika acquired the office property in Espoo, Helsinki, in 2015, which was almost empty. Since the acquisition, Nordika has quickly leased the property to more than 50%. The property is about 33,000 sqm and of high quality but has been upgraded to modern standards, where Nordika introduced a campus concept with mobile workstations, a playground, improved food offerings, and service, all of which are new to the Finnish market. Profiling, repositioning, and forward-thinking about the configuration of the property have led to a high leasing pace for Nordika and Trevian, which is Nordika’s partner in Finland.
In the fall and spring, Mercury International, Containerships, Helo, Avida Finance, Ecolane, and Neomore Consulting will move into new modern premises.
